As much of a misconception as it is that Mowgli came from India (Rudyard Kipling’s “Jungle Book” is supposed to take place in tropical Burma), it is a myth that all Indian actresses are high-maintenance melodramatic airheads who need strong men for their basic survival. You would be surpised that past Bollywood films had fighting women in sharp contrast to the crappy romantic comedies of today.
